In this week’s Meet the Team at Headway spotlight, we’re introducing the creative force behind our branding, content, and investor communications; Bartek - Marketing Manager at Headway Property Investments.
Since joining in the summer of 2024, Bartek has taken charge of shaping how we present ourselves to the world. From blogs to social media, from fonts to long-form LinkedIn articles, he’s behind the voice and visuals you see every week.

From Creative Computing to Real-World Communication
Born in a small city in Poland, Bartek moved to the UK at age 10. That shift - navigating a new culture and language - taught him resilience and adaptability from a young age. He later studied Creative Computing at a university in London, but his first taste of impactful communication came when he helped a local charity redesign its marketing materials.
“Seeing how design could influence real-world action sparked my interest in marketing and visual storytelling,” he says.
That passion eventually led him to Headway, where he saw an opportunity to apply his creative skills in a space that truly values innovation.
Joining Headway
Bartek’s journey to Headway came through a familiar connection - his dad is one of the company’s Directors. After months of watching the business grow and hearing about the projects being developed, he jumped at the opportunity to apply when a marketing role opened.
“I always wanted to work at a smaller company where my work could really make a difference,” he says. “And after meeting the team, it just felt like the right place to grow.”
He officially joined the team in August 2024.

Life at Headway
As Marketing Manager, Bartek leads all things content and design. He develops post ideas, writes blogs, curates visual branding, and manages investor communications. Recently, he:
Revamped our design language with updated fonts and colours
Launched our LinkedIn page and started publishing property investment articles
Created a new investor-focused monthly newsletter
Continued growing our social presence across platforms
“I love how much freedom I have to focus on what matters most week to week,” he shares. “That trust is part of our culture - everyone’s ideas are heard here.”
A Day in the Life of Bartek - Marketing Manager at Headway Property Investments
No two days look the same for Bartek. While he stays on top of regular content (like blogs and social posts), his time is also filled with creative projects. Lately, that’s included designing the investor newsletter and planning a potential website refresh.
He’s also committed to growth and learning, regularly studying online courses on design, marketing, and property.
“I love starting the day thinking about what cool things I get to create - and ending it with that feeling of accomplishment,” he says.

Lessons and Ambitions
Bartek says one of his biggest lessons has been that property is a long game.
“It’s not about quick wins - it’s about trust, adaptability, and consistent communication,” he explains. “You have to be solutions-focused when things go wrong, and open to learning all the time.”
Looking ahead, his ambition is to transition from part-time to full-time as Headway grows, while continuing to sharpen his design and marketing skills.
Outside the Office
When he’s not at his desk, Bartek loves cooking dishes from around the world, experimenting in the kitchen as a creative outlet. He’s passionate about digital design and UI/UX, often working on personal projects that help him keep improving.
He also makes time for walks, travel, and spending quality time with his fiancée and their four cats - a household that’s never boring.

Words to Work By
Bartek’s advice for anyone joining a company like Headway?
“Don’t wait until you feel ready - just start. You’ll learn so much on the job. Stay curious, stay organised, and surround yourself with driven people.”
A fun fact?
“I once moved to a new country without knowing the language and had to figure things out one step at a time - it definitely taught me resilience early on.”
And a quote that keeps him going:
“Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.”
