Headway was founded with passion and one main objective: to provide homely, high quality accommodation to families and professionals across the UK. Whilst being transparent with our community of tenants, employees and investors. Currently we specialise in high-end HMOs and co-living spaces. Our portfolio consists of HMO's for professionals and BTL's across the UK and have recently started on converting commercial spaces into residential. Spreading across Essex, London, the Midlands and Yorkshire we now have almost 100 units in the UK.

Director
Michal Kuziorowicz
Michal is one of the two co-owners at Headway and the frontman of the company.
He focuses on driving the business forward, sourcing funds and finding the best deals.
Before he got into property he worked in construction for 10 years, this experience comes in handy within property investing. He also worked as a climbing coach and route setter in London. He left that job to become a full-time property investor. He is passionate about providing high-quality accommodation and improving the reputation of landlords in the UK, with a vision to being one of the leading providers of high-quality accommodation in the UK.
He began his journey in 2017 when he signed up for a training day with Fielding Financial and has never looked back since. He is still a part of the FF team as a seminar and 3-Day speaker and mentor. He is also part of The HMO Platform team.
Even though he quit his job at the climbing wall he is still passionate about the sport and will take any opportunity to hop in the car and get on some real rock. He also has an affection for running, and has ran three marathons.
Property investing allows him to do the things he loves, and have the freedom to be in charge of his life.
Director
Slawomir Soltys
Slawomir is one of the two co-owners at Headway.
Slawomir and Michal have known each other since 2003, where they worked together in construction.
His role within the company is behind the scenes and more hands-on when it comes to renovations and conversions. He looks after the refurbs and will always be the first one on site should anything not go to plan.
Slawomir is also the point of contact once the property has been let. He is the main problem solver, with a direct line to our letting agents.
In his spare time he enjoys being outside and around nature, when he is not working you will find him hiking, gardening or travelling.
He chose to go into property investing because he loves the challenge, the independence and financial stability it gives him. There is also an added benefit of knowing that he is helping young people find high quality accommodation when they need it.
Assistant
Angelika Skora
Angelika is an assistant within the company and works alongside both Michal and Slawomir.
She is in her final year at the University of Sussex, graduating the summer of 2023 with a degree in International Relations and Sociology.
Her role within the company is based around admin work, and social media management. Everything you see on our socials is run by Angelika, including this website.
Before working with Headway, she worked in both hospitality and retail. These jobs did not evoke the creativity and enjoyment that she craved. Working in property grants more freedom and focus on her studies, but also allows her to explore and learn about the world of property investment.
Angelika has a passion for learning new things. In her spare time she reads, relaxes at the beach or indulges in one of her many creative hobbies.
She is learning more and more about properties and investing every day, and is striving towards buying her first property and building her own portfolio.
